For a slightly higher fee, we're happy to accommodate our clients who need their transcripts back that same day.

Dictation

Voice dictation is now as easy as speaking into a handheld digital recorder, emailing the files to us, and checking your email for the transcript. Gone are the days of having to buy expensive dictation equipment and hiring your own in-house transcriptionist. Even if you're still using a standard cassette recorder or microcassette recorder, it's still really simple to send your dictation to us.

For the majority of our ongoing clients who send us dictation work regularly, we simply receive the files from them, email them the transcripts, and bill them at the end of the month. It's like having your own personal secretary without having the added expense of having to hire someone in house.
