What format of audio will you
transcribe?
We will work with almost any format as long
as it can actually be transcribed! We prefer digital
files simply because it saves you both time and money
and it results in a quicker turn around time for us.

Why
are your prices so much lower than other transcription
services?
1. We’re honest. 2. We’re quick. The
mark-up with some services is huge. We can maintain decent
profit margins and pass savings onto our clients instead
of relying on a few clients to stuff our pockets. This
is rooted in our philosophy of business and wanting to
really put the customer first both in terms of service
and price.

How
do I know you’ll keep my sources confidential?
We will sign any non-disclosure agreements necessary
and are very sensitive to any information whether it be “confidential” or
not. All of our transcriptionists are bound by the same
agreements and operate under the utmost of integrity.

Is
email a secure way to send my files?
Yes and no. Yes, in that it is quick and the chances
of someone reading your files are vey slim. But email does
have its holes and you need to be aware of that when transmitting
any correspondence. We are always willing to FTP files
for clients who require high level security. In the near
future, clients will be able to log in to their account
on our website and download files directly from our server
if they are not comfortable receiving them via email.

Is
there any sort of form or paperwork I need to submit
with my electronic or physical audio sources?
Please go to our forms section
to download any necessary paperwork. All projects submitted
electronically will be submitted online, eliminating the
need for paper.

How
often do you bill me?
We bill every $1000 or at the completion of
each project, whichever comes first. Our preferred method
of payment is either by credit card or check. Any client
paying by check must pay for half the project ahead
of time before work is started or credit history is
established. We will keep your credit card information
on file (but not online) so that we can bill you at
the end of each billing cycle. Invoices and receipts
of payment are all sent electronically to the email
address you indicated on your new account form.

How
big of a project can you handle?
We want your business and will do everything
to accommodate your needs. We have a capable staff and
can increase our capacity for those extra large projects
on an as needed basis. Email
us with any questions you might have regarding your
project.

Should
I send you my originals?
We immediately make digital copies of all our
audio sources we receive. It is advisable to make a
copy of your master tapes just to protect yourself from
the slim chance that tapes may be damaged in shipping,
etc. If you are not able to make copies or do not want
to, rest assured that we treat your masters with the
greatest of care.
