Why charge per minute?

Charging our clients a flat transcription rate for each recorded minute of audio keeps you from getting ripped off by page counts, work hours, etc. By publishing our transcription rates on our site, there are no surprises when you get your bill.

How accurate are you?

We guarantee a 98% or higher rate of accuracy with decent to good audio and typically it is closer to 99%+ since our transcription rates are based on the number of minutes of audio you have and not cranking out as many lines as possible.

How do I get my material to you?

From New York to L.A., our clients span the nation. You may email or FTP digital files to us or mail your audio material to us by filling out our Material Submission Form. Simply open a new account with us (no charge to do this) and you'll be up and running.

Type 1 Audio Transcription Rates:
Transcription rates *Single person interview or standard one on one interview recorded in digital format, standard cassette, or video format.

Type 2 Audio Transcription Rates:
Transcription rate Any interviews with a total of 3 people.
Prices for Transcription Services Microcassette interviews.
Transcription rates Any audio with significant noise in the background.
Per Word Rate Transcription Any audio that has voices that are difficult to understand (i.e. poor recording, soft voices, etc.)

Type 3 Audio Transcription Rates:
Prices for Transcription Services Any audio with 4 or more speakers.
Transcription Rates Presentations dealing with highly scientific terminology or very thick accents.
Prices for Transcription Services Panel discussions, focus groups, conference calls, seminars with multiple participants.
